Holiday Inn Express & Suites Redding, an IHG Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. A special thank you to Carlie at the front desk—she was so kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a long day. The beds were cozy, and I really appreciated the little touches that made the space feel inviting. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and had plenty of options to start the day right. The hotel itself felt safe, clean, and well taken care of, and the location was very convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in both comfort and service. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Absolutely loved our stay! Carlie and Cassie at the front lobby were so welcoming and full of great local tips—they really set the tone for a great visit. The location is perfect, with tons of great dinner spots just a short walk away. If you’re sticking around for breakfast, don’t miss Erin’s cooking—she does it right! Bonus: there’s a pool to unwind in after a long day. Highly recommend!

Was a nice stay. Cassie was attentive to my individual needs during the duration of my stay. Breakfast attended Erin had everything well stocked! VERY clean and organized with many options available I appreciate the cleanliness of the kitchen and lobby area. Will stay again. Thanks ladies!

Breakfast is good! Randall was really helpful and kept it well stocked! Breakfast potatoes were solid. The rooms were clean and road noise was minimal. The pool and hot tub were working and kids had a great time in them.

I just had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express, and I couldn’t leave without giving a special shout-out to two amazing staff members, Jayden and Carly! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with such warmth and professionalism that I immediately felt at home. Jayden at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was seamless, even offering great recommendations for local spots to explore during my stay. His friendly attitude truly set the tone for the entire experience. Carly also made my visit memorable with her fantastic restaurant recommendations around Reading. It’s these little personal touches that really stand out! The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a variety of options, so I started each day off right. Overall, it’s the attention to detail from staff like Jayden and Carly that made my stay extra special. I highly recommend this location if you’re in the area, and I’ll definitely be back. This hotel has suffered quite a bit of damage in the major storms that came through last week. Our reserved room had puddles on the carpet when we checked in. Carly (sp?) very quickly switched our reservation to a new room to make sure we would have beds to sleep in for our brief stay. Her customer service was exceptional, even at a time when she was handling multiple problems for guests during a 12 hour shift. She better get overtime and a raise! This hotel has some obvious issues with maintenance and repair that have been compounding and were impacted by these recent storms, but at least they have managed to find competent and kind people to run the show. Management, repair your property!

Just had a stay here! The hotel was okay but what really stood out were the staff. Erin worked the breakfast service, was so friendly and helpful. she made the start of each day a pleasure! And Jill at the front desk was equally wonderful. She was always ready with a smile and went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure I had everything I needed. Seriously, these two are rockstars and deserve all the praise! Thanks you to them.
